IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE NURSE

All vaccines and physicals for incoming 6th graders and students new to Valleyview, MUST be in to the nurse prior to the start of school. They must be mailed to or dropped off at Valleyview. If your child's physical is not until after school starts we require a note from the doctor stating the date the exam and vaccines will be done.
